1. Services

The Memory Press LLC provides photo booth rental services for private events including weddings, celebrations, corporate events, and other gatherings.

All services are subject to availability and a signed service agreement.

2. Booking and Payment

Events are reserved upon:

• Confirmation of availability

• Signed agreement

• Required deposit payment

Remaining balances must be paid according to the terms outlined in the event agreement or invoice.

Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of services.

3. Event Requirements

Clients are responsible for ensuring:

• Adequate space for booth setup

• Access to electrical power when required

• Safe conditions for equipment and staff

The Memory Press LLC reserves the right to cease operation if conditions pose safety risks.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies will be outlined in the service agreement.

Deposits may be non-refundable depending on the timing of cancellation and scheduling constraints.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including images, branding, and text is the property of The Memory Press LLC unless otherwise noted.

Photos captured during events may be used for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Memory Press LLC shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages

• Event disruptions outside our control

• Technical failures caused by venue conditions

Liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services provided.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in courts located within New York State.
